Kara was amazing! Before interacting with her I felt lost and completely helpless in regards to being assisted to where I would have a better understanding of how to get started, as I am working on a MacBook Pro and not a windows environment. Not only was Kara PATIENT end encouraging, she made the interactive environment make sense. Althought there is still a LOT other things I still have yet to learn as this is my first tutoring, she left me feeling anything is possible when you have the right people in place to assist when help is needed! I'm humbled and VERY grateful to have had the oppertunity to be tutored by Kara and more confident as I move forward in my journey. THANK YOU KARA!!! You Rock! :)

I would like to see a broader selection for IT related questions. Mine was in regards to ITF 200 and writing a technical report and setting up the networking and I wasn't sure how to find the right path. My tutor was super helpful though! I really like this service!
